Professor, did you publicly express any similar concerns about the rule of law during the previous administration when we dealt with thorny legal issues such as the lack of due process and bias against January 6 protestors, the clear diminished capacity of the chief executive, public and international perceptions about our sitting president attempting to jail his political opponent, the successful jailing of his political opponent’s chief aides for fitting congressional subpoenas (raising reasonable legal questions in the courts) etc? If so could you post that letter, I must have missed it when you shared it publicly.
